I graduated in 2010 from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and Japanese Language was my major. After graduating I studied at Brasillis, an interpreting and translation company and school.
Since my graduation, I started working with translation and interpretation. I worked at Nissan Motors Resende Factory as an interpreter, assisting the communication between Japanese Supervisors and Brazilian Operators. I interpreted a great number of meetings regarding production and maintenance, as well as trainings on software and the press mechanics.
As many Japanese expatriates came to Brazil for the factory construction, I also assisted with interpretation regarding visas and other documents, as well as medical checks. Occasionally supervisors from India and Germany would join the meetings and I had the opportunity to interpret in 3 languages: Japanese, English and Portuguese.
