I am writing to apply for the position of an English-Vietnamese translator and interpreter at your organization. I am very interested in the job and I think I have many of the necessary qualifications. First I have a good command of English. I graduated from Hanoi University of Languages and International Studies, Vietnam National University, Hanoi and I have graduated from the university with a distinction degree in English Translation and Interpreting. I have achieved excellent academic results at university as well as distinguished certificates and scholarships from varied institutions. Besides, with a strong passion for translating and interpreting, I have got some experience of translation and interpreting for over the past two years. I worked as English translator and coordinator for various organizations, for example Agency for Enterprise Development, Ministry of Planning and Investment where I worked as an interpreting intern and VTV2 where I was in charge of translating English documentaries into Vietnamese. I have also worked with Wincom Translation Company, journeyinlife and mientayvn as a translator. These highly scheduled jobs brought me the ability to work independently under great pressure, the skills certainly necessary for the job I am applying for. With a good command of English and the above mentioned experience and necessary skills, I strongly believe that I would be suitable for the vacancy of English Vietnamese translator for TWB.
