I’m an experienced translator, conference interpreter, and localization linguist.
In 2007, I have graduated from a Specialized High School with emphases on mathematics, physics and languages. Following my passion for languages, I enrolled at the Moscow State Linguistic University and, in 2012, was awarded a Specialist (MA equivalent) degree in Translation and Interpretation with language combinations Russian-Spanish and Russian-English. After I gained some valuable work experience (tourism/commerce/insurance), I decided to continue my education.
Thus, in 2013, I was matriculated at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and was awarded MA in Conference Interpretation in May, 2015. Although my primary goal has been to develop skills in simultaneous interpretation, I kept an eye on localization and finished a 3-month internship at a major Silicon Valley tech company.
Currently, I provide interpretation at business meetings, seminars, presentations, conferences, and exhibitions in my language combinations: RU/ENG and RU/SP - in areas of economy, international relations, ecology, athletics, and workforce training.
