I have been working as part time freelance interpreter/translator for over 9 years. Arabic is my native language and hence I do offer interpreting services for Arabic-English and English-Arabic languages. As to my education, I do hold a bachelor degree in petroleum engineering as well as a minor on management. My main specialization is energy, but I am also interested in economics, history and anthropology. As a student I was part of the university's debate team, where I debated on many national tournaments. I did also act as an editor for a university based magazine which had a circulation of over 1000 copies. I have attended a couple of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) on a number of subjects which added depth into my interpreting/translation skills. In addition to English and Arabic, I have basic understanding of Bahasa Malaysia and Italian languages.
