I am professional private interpreter and translator in Munich, working with English-German and German-English interpretation and translation

I started my career as a translator and interpreter at the Munich University “Fremdspracheninstitut der Landeshauptstadt München“. After passing the state examination as a translator and interpreter I was hoping to spend some time abroad and luckily got accepted at UCLan University in Preston, England. During the one-years course I was able to improve on my language skills and become familiar with the British culture and traditions. This exciting experience ended with a Masters Degree in Interpreting and Translation and my return to Munich. Whilst I was studying in Munich, technical translations from different areas of the economy were the main focus. Workshops on the topics of “Professional speaking” and “Translating and Interpreting for Courts and Public Authorities” enriched university life. After moving back to Germany I was officially appointed and generally sworn by the regional court of Munich.
