I have started to translate at the age of 15. My first experience was with Refugee Direct Aid, then moved into professional translation with M3G, and then was hired by Northrop Grumman Inc. to translate for US Army troops deployed in Kosovo which required the top translators to translate correspondence as well as conversations.

I have started to learn English language when I was a 12-year-old child. Committing myself at learning a foreign language at a very young age gave me the opportunity to learn it quickly. At the age of 15, as a result my qualitative speaking, Refugee Direct Aid, which was a humanitarian organisation founded in Albania during the war of 1999 in Kosovo and then moved to Kosovo after the war to help the returned refugees, trusted me the position to translate / interpret emails, phone, calls and documents between the RDA and different entities in Kosovo which were in need of help at the time such as regular people, schools, students, hospitals and clinics. Then I moved into professional translation with M3G which was an asphalt factory and also offered services of paving the roads and maintaining them. In this position I translated emails, phone calls as well as conference calls, documents such as emails, contracts, technical requirements and business conversations. In 2007 Northrop Grumman Inc. was seeking top translators in Kosovo to offer linguistic support for the US troops deployed in Kosovo. After undergoing a large number of strict language tests (such as TOEFL) and background security checks, finally out of a big number of applicants 7 of us were able to get the position. With Northrop Grumman Inc. and US Army, I have worked in the "Editing Team" which was responsible to offer the most qualitative and trusted translation of written materials and spoken conversation to US Army high profile officials. As a result I have translated documents and conversations between the Kosovo President, leaders of Kosovo police and army, courts, schools, clinics, municipalities, and regular people and US Army high officials such as the Brigadier Generals, Majors, and Battalion Commanders. As a member of "Editing Team" I also translated the technical manuals of weapons and machinery which were given to Kosovo Security Force by US Army and other NATO member states.
