At the age of 25 moved to the United States and lived in this country since 1992 until 2014. During that time I worked as a salesman and customer service representative for Sprint Telecommunication. Beginning 1994 until 2006, I owned a company which among other services performed voice interpretation conference calls for U.S. based clients who called to Russia, in most cases to their future wives. In 1994 started my own company in Manhattan, specializing in exporting electronic equipment to Russia and Ukraine. I spotted the so called Retail Arbitrage opportunity (when prices in retail stores are lower than the whole wholesale) and was able to purchase a lot of fax machines for below the manufacturer’s cost. Based on my business activities and millions of dollars in sales, I received my permanent residency Under National Interest Program for Individuals with Extraordinary Abilities in Business. In 1999 I started marketing prepaid phone cards, and moved my business into cyberspace. The same year I spotted another opportunity for remote employees located in Russia and Ukraine. We were processing employees’ commission checks which they earned working for U.S. corporations (at that time PayPal did not work in Russia and Ukraine). Working with numerous payment processing companies and banks, I gained a lot of experience in financial services industry. I also attended countless free and paid seminars on how to day-trade stocks, futures, and currencies. I attended many financial seminars all over the United States, and have read 300+ books on management, banking, economics, philosophy, law, including many dictionaries and encyclopedias from cover to cover. I’ve read all available books written by Peter Drucker.
