Japanese- Portuguese interpreter specialized in tourism and travel with a bachelor's degree in Japanese language and literature from University of São Paulo. I worked as an in-house translator in São Paulo Shimbun, a newspaper company published in Japanese here in Brazil. While working there, I translated articles from Portuguese to Japanese on a daily basis, but I also had the opportunity to assist reporters as an interview interpreter. As a freelance interpreter after graduating, I did consecutive interpreting for legal meetings, field research, government meetings on sustainability, exhibition interpreting in a medical fair, tour-guide interpreter in Rio 2016 Olympics related events, etc.
