Additional services: Except for Hyderabad, Guntur, Vijayawada, Vishakhapatnam and Bangalore, other places will be treated as non-residential and the client may have to provide transportation and accommodation charges in addition to the interpretation charges. Reading and translating documents during the booked hours or providing written translations during the interpretation hours is free of cost. Acting as a guide and escort is also free of cost during the booked hours. A grace period of 2 hours over time will be given but over and above that extra hours will be charged at + Rupees 200 per hour. Accompanying during lunch and dinner time shall not be charged but the cost of food / drinks shall be borne by the client.
